About the Library
Cabot Public Library is dedicated to providing a free service to the community, furnishing current and significant materials to meet the informational, educational, and recreational needs of the public, through print, technology, and programs. The Library is further dedicated to motivating young children to become lifelong readers and Library users.
Hours
Monday: Noon-6pm
Tuesday: 10am-6pm
Wednesday: 11am-6pm
Thursday: Noon-6pm
Saturday: 9am-noon
Appointments not necessary.
Curbside available during regular library hours.
Closing Policy
In the event of an emergency or inclement weather, the Library will follow the recommendation and actions of Cabot School District when applicable. Closing during other days and hours will be at the discretion of the Library Director.
Holidays
The Library will be closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth National Independence Day, July 4, Labor Day, Indigenous Peoples' Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve. The Library may be closed at other times as approved by the Trustees.
