Shoppers browse through the many used books at the annual Fourth of July book sale, held annually outdoors in front of the Willey Building.

The Friends of Cabot Library help raise funds to support library programs and needs beyond what is budgeted by the town..

We meet quarterly. Our biggest fundraiser is the annual Fourth of July book sale taking place during the town's Fourth of July parade and celebration. The book sale is held on the front lawn of the Willey Building.

We always need help with book donations for the sale, sorting books, and setting up the day of the sale. Please contact Sandy Atkins (atkinsreddog@gmail.com or (802) 279-8641 if you wish to contribute books for the sale, or can help at any time.

Funds from Friends of the Library have helped the library purchase a laptop, contributed to the play area at the back of the Willey Building, including the Solo Stove for hot chocolate and heat for outdoor programs. We also help fund summer library programs for children and contibute funds for other library programs for the community.
